Mr. Hao is mainly responsible for domestic and foreign patent application and review affairs in mechanism field, intellectual property training and consulting service, establishing IP strategic layout, intellectual property protection, IP operation research for government, patent information utilization based on the purpose of R & D from enterprises.
Mr. Hao is committed to the protection and management of IP rights of enterprises, especially accomplished in establishing layout for IP protection and strategy of enterprises. Previously, he established IP strategic plan and related IP policy for enterprises under local SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council). Mr. Hao is quite familiar with how to apply patent information by enterprises, and has been taken in charge of the project on patent analysis for automobile industry, assisting on determining research target, getting rid of potential risk. In addition, Mr. Hao has also performed many strategic projects on improving ability of applying patent for local government, research of IP pledge financing environment, how to develop IP intensive industry etc, which provide solid intelligence support for local government.
