Ms. Zeng is mainly responsible for both domestic and foreign patent application, review, invalidation, IP lawsuit and solution for IP strategy. She owns more than 10 years’ experience in IP legal affairs, with many times visits to Europe and U.S. for learning and exchanging IP working experience.
Ms. Zeng has extremely rich experience and be accomplished in composing patent, translation, inquiry, response to office action, review, invalidation, IP lawsuit, infringement analysis and patent evaluation in the field of chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, polymer chemistry, electrochemistry, medicine, medical materials and equipments, agricultural chemicals, detergents, cosmetics etc.
