Mr. Wang is mainly responsible for domestic and foreign trademark affairs, having rich experience in deputizing trademark, solving complicated cases, and IP lawsuit aspect.
Since joining China Trademark & Patent Law Office Co., Ltd in 2017, Mr. Wang’s working field is not only related to conventional cases including trademark registration, extension, change, transfer and licensing contract for record, but also to complicated cases including trademark dissent, dissent defense, objection review, invalidation, application and defense for withdrawing more than 3 consecutive years unused trademark, well-known trademark, copyright, IP record in custom and other service related to IP authorization and transfer.
He has successfully handle large amount of administrative cases on trademark as well as well-known trademark application cases, having long-term clients such as Fenggang County Tea Industrial Development center and Guangdong Salt Industry Group etc.
