During her IP career, through her abundant experience, Ms. Wang has handled plenty of conventional trademark cases, including inquiry, registration, extension, change, transfer, record of licensing contract, as well as complicated cases such as trademark dissent, dissent defense, objection review, invalidation, application and defense for withdrawing more than 3 consecutive years unused trademark.
