Ms. Song joined China Patent and Trademark Law Office in 1992. She prosecuted more than 5700 patent applications in fields of mechanics, physics, and electrics. Ms. Song is highly skilled in IP dispute cases, including patent invalidation, infringement litigation, and administrative proceedings. She handled hundreds of such cases, with rich experiences accumulated. Ms. Song also delivered valuable opinions and advices on IP issues, highly evaluated by clients. Ms. Song has also provided training and consulting services to employees/managers of all levels of a variety of companies; assisted companies in building their internal IP management systems; helped researchers of the companies to mine patents; and thus significantly improved values of intangible assets for the companies. Ms. Song did a large amount of work in IP analysis, repeatedly leading teams for patent infringement analysis, patent validity analysis, and various types of patent search.
