2、Fill the Power of Attorney

3、Provide the Pictures or Photos ( 2 Copies)

· Documents Required for Invention or Utility Model Application

1、Fill the Order Letter for Patent Application; Or Provide Applicant’s Name (Full Name), Address, Zip-Code; Inventor’s Name, Address, Zip-Code; Contact’s Phone, Fax, Address.

2、Fill the Power of Attorney

3、Provide the Patent Related Documents

1、Trademark Register Application

2、Power of Attorney for Trademark Register

3、Copy of Business Licence (For Non-China Mainland Personal Application, please provide Signed Passport Copy; For China Mainland Personal Application, please provide Signed ID card Copy, Signed Individual Business License Copy)

4、Trademark Drawing

Copyright Application Process

             

Materials Needed to fill Copyright Application

             

· Information Needed to Register Software

1、Application form of Software Copyright

2、One Electric Copy of Source Program（Please provide the first 30 consecutive pages and last30 consecutive pages. Each page includes at least 50 lines. Page Number on the Top Right Corner, Software Name and Version Number on the Top Left Corner）

3、One document（Instruction、Manual etc. Page Number on the Top Right Corner is Mandatory.）, written as the model file.

4、Submit documents below if needed

◎In the following cases, documents have to be submitted:

◎Cooperative Development---Contract or Agreement of Cooperative Development (1 A4 Copy)

◎Commission Development---Commission Development Contract (1 A4 Copy)

◎Task Assignment---Assignment (1 A4 Copy)

3、 Manner of Acquiring Rights (Original or Successive)

4、 Ownership of Rights (Legal Person Work, On-Duty Work, or Cooperative Work ( Cooperation Agreement Copy is required).

5、 Work Creation Date and Finish Date

6、 Work Published? Where?

7、 Inventiveness Source, Creation Process
